This two-story Colonial Revival house was built around 1907. Features of the house include a one-story entry porch with fluted Ionic columns, a turret with a conical roof and a polygonal bay with hipped roof. The entrance features a door with full glazing, sidelights and transom. The director of the movie “Body Snatchers III” lived in this house during the filming in the winter and spring of 1992.
This house is a contributing property to Selma’s “Old Town Historic District” that’s listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). It is located at 610 Selma Avenue in Selma (32°24’23.6″N 87°01’32.2″W – Google Maps).
